CCV Reroute/Delete Kits for Better Engine Performance – Worth It?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been reading about CCV reroute and delete kits and their impact on engine performance and longevity. Some people claim that rerouting crankcase ventilation reduces oil contamination in the intake and improves throttle response, while others say it can cause issues with emissions systems and long-term engine wear.

I’m trying to understand whether these mods actually provide measurable performance gains or if they are mostly a placebo.

Has anyone here installed a CCV reroute or delete kit on a daily-driven vehicle, and what changes did you notice in reliability, oil consumption, or overall engine behavior over time?
