Some people claim that rerouting crankcase ventilation reduces oil contamination in the intake and improves throttle response, while others say it can cause issues with emissions systems and long-term engine wear.

I’m trying to understand whether these mods actually provide measurable performance gains or if they are mostly a placebo.
