Wanna swap out the stock suspension on my 2022 outback wilderness, love the capability, but for my daily driving and road trips, I think a more standard or touring friendly setup might make more sense down the line, anyone here done a suspension swap from the Wilderness trim? I'm more concerned about getting an idea of the costs and where can I go or what can I do to get the best quality with the cheapest rates. I sound like a mum in the market right now, lol

Yea wilderness suspension is great offroad , but not the smoothest for daily driving. Some swap in standard Outback Touring struts or aftermarket touring setups for better comfort. If you DIY, parts can run under $1k, but expect $1.5k - $2k at a shop with labor cost.

whiel you're considering replacing the suspension, why not consider some aftermarket options? Bilstein,, KYB, stuff like that. You might even manage to save a few bucks without sacrificing quality or longevity.

Suspension work gets expensive fast, and install labor's usually the killer. Just get quotes from a few local suspension shops — you'll get way better info than trying to guess online.
