A fur parent's worry in buying a car

The wife and I are thinking about getting a 2024 Outback and want a boot divider with a vertical part so our dogs can ride back there with the luggage. Travall says theirs wont fit the 2024 model, can anyone confirm this? Or any crate recommendations that fit lengthwise? Our dog is a 25kg golden doodle.

We recently got the 2024 Outback and ran into the same problem,Travall's divider doesn't fit the new model. Luckily, Subaru offers an OEM cargo separator that effectively keeps dogs and luggage apart. For your 25kg Golden Doodle, I'd suggest a collapsible crate that fits lengthwise, like Subaru's kennel, or consider a custom-fit TNC crate if you're looking for something tougher. Thanks for the heads-up on the OEM option. I was about to order the Travall one. Glad I held off LOL I don't like spending much for aftermarkets. I also saw people using Gunner kennels for bigger dogs, but they're pricey. Still, they fit lengthwise and are crash-tested.

Never knew Subaru offers that, thanks for bringing it up!! I might look up this TNC crate first though, tougher is good and i wanna see some custom fits. Thanks!!
