Curious to know if anyone here tried to make some improvements on their Outback? interested to know what kind of tweaks did you do and did you see any noticeable difference?

Yeah, I've made some upgrades to mine. I put on some Wildpeak A/T tires, added a one-inch lift, swapped the stock fog lights for LEDs, and upgraded the sway bar.The ride feels better, looks cooler, and I'm not worried about bumpy roads anymore. Nothin too wild, but you can definitley tell the difference. Are you more into performance, looks, or off-roading?

I've made a few improvements on mine over the years too, its mostly functional stuff though to make daily driving and road trips more enjoyable. Upgraded the tires, swapped in LED bulbs, added a roof basket, and even threw in some sound deadening in the doors.

I've made a few tweaks to my 2021 Outback Touring XT over time.
I started with a subtle 1.5in lift kit for a bit more ground clearance without making it feel unstable on the road.
I also upgraded to BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires to improve grip especially on loose gravel and in muddy conditions.
For performance, I installed the K&N cold air intake.
It gave me a quicker throttle response and a more satisfying engine note.
What kind of improvements are you looking into?
